Polymer Nanocomposites

Abstract:

The use of SWNTs and nano zinc oxide in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) improve crystallization behavior, mechanical properties and processability of the composites. The properties are found to be considerably improved by the addition of a very low dosage of SWNT and nano zinc oxide. The results of this project will be discussed.
