The NMR structural Studies on CDPI3-conjugated DNA
Dr. Surat Kumar
Professor of Chemistry, Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, India
|07/31/2012 - 3:00 pm - Room 101, Chemical Sciences & Engineering Building|
The drug-conjugated to the DNA structure makes very stable DNA hybrids, a evident by their increased melting temperature profile. Such structures have potential of developing as antigene agents. The structural studies on these systems have shed light at the atomic level resolution, as to how these structures are stabilized. Such delineated structural details can be utilized in designing potent antigene agents.
